Booking Confirmation and Deposit: To secure your desired booking dates, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit based on the total trip cost. This deposit allows us to allocate resources, crew, and equipment for your scheduled trip. Your cooperation in this matter ensures exceptional service and a smooth experience for all our valued customers.

Cancellation Policy for Deposit and Customer Cancellation: While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to cancellations, we are committed to working with you to find an alternative date that suits both parties. Our dedicated team will make every effort to rebook your trip at no extra charge. However, if we are unable to find a suitable alternative, the 50% non-refundable deposit will be retained. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support in adhering to this policy, as it enables us to maintain the high quality of our landing craft transportation and logistics services.

Finalizing the Payment: The final payment will be due upon receiving the final invoice. Payments can be made via ACH or check. For payments made by credit card, a reinvoicing will be required, and an additional 3% convenience fee will be added to the total amount.

Contractual Agreements: For long-term contracts or special arrangements, specific booking and cancellation terms may be outlined in the contractual agreement between Kodiak Water Taxi and Transport Inc. and the customer. In such cases, the terms of the contract will supersede the general booking and cancellation policy mentioned above.
